Provide information or advice? Join Redbridge Advice Network

Following a recent networking event to discuss Redbridge Advice Network's plans for 2016-201, RAN would like agencies interested in information and advice to join.

RAN's mission is:

• To support and build an effective, independent and efficient advice sector for the communities of Redbridge that helps individuals and communities resolve problems, challenges unfairness and discrimination and contributes to a strong, informed and vibrant community.

RAN will achieve this by:

• Supporting the Network through: training, seminars, referrals, networking
• Information: Website, Social media and Public Relations
• Expanding network
• Giving the Network a voice and influencing

As a steering group member you will:

• Align all ambitions to create synergy – improvement in advice services through working together.
• Monitor and encourage the development of RAN mission and advise the lead partner on how its done.
• Help shape the terms and conditions for all members, this is to be able to allow us to remove an agency if they do not meet all the criteria.

As the lead partner Citizens Advice Redbridge (CAR) wants openness - suggestions and criticisms on how to improve.

If you are interested in applying please send expressions of interest by 7 March. RAN aim to convene the first meeting 23 March at 10am at CAR.
