Research into Satisfaction with Social Care Services

Why do people from BME groups consistently report lower levels of satisfaction with social care provision than White British people? NatCen Social Research is aiming to find out.

NatCen are looking for people living in Redbridge to take part in research interviews. In particular, adults from Pakistani, Bangladeshi and White British backgrounds who are receiving social care paid for by the Local Authority. Each participant will receive £20 in cash as a token of thanks

Transforming child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) in Redbridge - Have your say

London Borough of Redbridge and North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) have developed proposals to transform child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) for young people living in Redbridge.

A public consultation on the proposals will run from 20 July to 12 October 2012.

NELFT Patient Experience Strategy - Have Your Say

NELFT is seeking views on continuing to improve services, through the ongoing involvement of patients/ service users, carers and staff in the development and delivery of services at an individual, operational and strategic level.

Redbridge Council Tax Benefit will be abolished from 31 March 2013

Make sure that you have your say on how you would like to fund Council Tax benefit in Redbridge. All local authorities will need to develop their own scheme to replace it. The Government will be making grants to local authorities, based on previous year's expenditure less 10%

In Redbridge, £23 million was spent on Council Tax Benefit in 2011/12; this means that for 2013/14, we will have to make a saving of £2.3 million.
