Conscious Living Coffee Mornings

Aneducation and awareness programme on topics of social and/or personalinterest such as human rights, creativity, meditation and well-being.
Each session will involve a short talk on a specific topic followed by a Q & A round and group discussion.
A caseworker from Redbridge Equalities & Community Council (RECC) will be available at each session for an informal 121 talk or to arrange a private appointment for any issues related to equality/discrimination.
